This contract is Valid for Agreement date. The contract could be Renewed at the end of the period. Amc’s Could be Renewed Annually as Per the Agreement Date on monthly agreed terms and Conditions either party is entitled to terminate the Contract in writing if the other party Commits a significant branch of the contract and fails to remedy. Such breach within 30 days of being brought to the attention of the other party.
Not with standing anything Contained herring in no event regardless of the form of the Claim or cause of action (whether based in Contract infringement Negligence strict liability, fort or otherwise) Shall OPis’s liability to the customer Exceed the Price paid by the customer for the service. Provided by opis liability to the customer extend to include special positive indirect consequential Damages including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits business interrupting loss of revenue Reputation, Data loss or damage to property and equipment.
All information and Document Data as may be provided by opis and customer shall be premed to be confidential including but not restricted to legal, financial, technical ,Commercial, Marketing for business Related Records, data Documents, report etc. Both parties agrees to not to divulge any such information to a third parts without prior written consent of each other
Minor complaint resolve within 24 hrs and major complaint resolve as per given time schedule.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Full payment in advance after agreement.
For customers not under AMCs on call charges will be applicable.
On call charges and spare parts payment need to be paid in advance [100%].
Remaining payment as per agreement if due amount is not paid as per agreed payment terms, interest will be charged at 1.75% pre month for delayed payment.
Claim of any nature whatsoever Parts will lapse unless raised in writing within 3 days from the date of invoice.
We reserve to our selves the right to demand payment of this bill at Any time before due date.
On call charges and spare parts quotation will be submitted as when required by the customers.
The fee for the servicing contract is payable yearly along with invoice.
Payment shall be made along with date signed contract copy of this contract. The Annul maintenance charges specified in this contract shall be payable in advance and the payment shall fall due on the date of committed of the service contract. Opis reserves the right to withhold the maintenances service without any nothing and without prejudice to all its after rights and remedies if the payment is not made when due. Any work carried out by Opis outside the scopes of the contract will be charged extra.

SCOPE OF WORK
General and routine inspection of all units with service report
Complete servicing will be carried out by our technical team on every quarterly or semi quarterly or bimonthly for all units
Replacement of all spares and consumables on chargeable basis for AMC units
Replacement of consumables on Non-chargeable basis for CAMC units(all spares and consumables details mentioned with package )
Our technical team will attend any number of breakdown calls within 4 to 5 hrs (during the working hours) with service providing 24/7.
Unit health checked during preventive maintenance schedule
Air filters will be inspected and clean during preventive maintenance schedule
Gas will be charge as when required for CAMC units (AMC units on chargeable basis)
Electrical wiring capacitor, sensor, PCB if found faulty will be replaced for CAMC units (AMC units on chargeable basis)
Condenser and evaporator will be inspected and clean and leaks if any rectified. If any compressor needs to replaced will be replaced within the time period
Preventive maintenance will be offered to keep the unite good condition
The cost not include For shifting & Re-installation existing machines
We shall inspected machines before signing the contract
The service contract shall be entered in to aforesaid only after due checking and verification of the equipment by the company’s authorized representative certifying that the same is in good condition during such variation if the unit is found to defective and needs repairing then the same shall be repaired on the request of the customer on chargeable basis and thereafter the contract in respect of the same shall be entered in such case the cost of the repairing and the spare parts shall be borne the customer separately as the same shall not from the part of annual charge payable under- [AMCs & CAMCs]
